To access the full range of services on the 7q7 platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 7q7 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned minus applicable fees.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not hold player accounts on the 7q7 platform.
• You must provide a valid mobile number and, where requested, a valid email address for account correspondence and security purposes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7q7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Only one account per individual is permitted. Accounts found to be duplicates will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds acquired through duplicate registration will be forfeited.
• 7q7 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

All financial transactions on 7q7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. 7q7 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the discretion of 7q7 or the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 7q7 account balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by the payment provider's own infrastructure are outside 7q7's control.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard hours (8 AM to 10 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business cycle.
• 7q7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 7q7 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• In the event of a chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent payment claim, 7q7 reserves the right to suspend the associated account and recover any funds disbursed as a result of the fraudulent transaction.
• 7q7 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency bank transfers, or any payment method not explicitly listed above as a supported option on the platform.

7q7 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable cash after the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
• 7q7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a player has satisfied the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds will be removed from the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• 7q7 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live sports bets, certain live casino games, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates will be disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds that 7q7 reasonably believes were obtained through abuse of the promotion system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — may be voided at 7q7's discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on the 7q7 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as well as the general rules in this section. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

• Once a sports bet has been confirmed and the event has commenced, it may not be cancelled or amended. Pre-match bets accepted prior to the event starting are binding regardless of subsequent team or player changes, weather conditions, or other external factors, unless 7q7's specific sport rules provide otherwise.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay between the real-world event and the platform display. 7q7 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information the bettor was aware of at the time of placement that had already influenced the event outcome.
• 7q7 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds were offered in error, where market manipulation is suspected, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by the game developers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7q7 does not modify game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection from a live casino game mid-round — 7q7 will attempt to resolve the hand or round on the basis of the most recent recorded game state. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the original stake returned.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply on a per-game and per-event basis. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by 7q7 at any time.
• 7q7 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account, including imposing reduced maximum bet limits, at its sole discretion. This may occur without prior notice and does not require 7q7 to provide a reason.

7q7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following player protection measures are available to all registered accounts.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session duration alerts to be reminded of how long they have been logged in and actively playing.
• Self-exclusion: Any player may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting the 7q7 support team via Telegram or email. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during casino sessions displaying elapsed time and net session win or loss figures.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7q7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or misconfigured odds ("palpable errors") to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a palpable error may be voided.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your location or circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 7q7 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or back-end systems of the 7q7 platform.

Where 7q7 closes an account due to prohibited conduct, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be retained by 7q7 as partial compensation for damages incurred, subject to applicable law.

By registering an account with 7q7, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the 7q7 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

• 7q7 collects personal data including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• All personal data is stored using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or for the purposes of payment processing and fraud prevention.
• By registering, you agree to receive transactional communications from 7q7, including account alerts, deposit confirmations, and security notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting support.
• 7q7 may be required to disclose account information and transaction records to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7q7 excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following.

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling activity. All betting and gaming activity on the 7q7 platform carries inherent financial risk. 7q7 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for gambling losses.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information caused by data feed errors from third-party providers, subject always to 7q7's right to void bets placed on palpable errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 7q7 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7q7's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. In the event of a dispute between you and 7q7, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance by contacting the 7q7 customer support team.

• Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days may be referred to a mutually agreed independent mediator.
• 7q7 does not make specific claims about regulatory approval from any particular government body. The platform operates using general safe and reliable platform principles, SSL encryption, and fair play certified game content from its providers.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7q7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• 7q7's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
